9/22/2006	A Homeowners meeting was held at Mike Bijan's residence at 1508 SW 35th last night. A motion was carried to obtain additional bids for the landscaping by the end of the day on October 13th. The board members will review the bids and make the final decision on selecting the company for lawn maintenance. The minutes for the meeting will be posted on the minutes page of the website at a later time. Click here to print a copy of the scope of the work to be performed.

9/1/2006	The PGAHA meeting was held at Mike Bijan's residence at 1508 SW 35th last night. The turnout was great. We had 22 families in attendance as well as two proxies. The condition of the landscaping, the fence and future plans for them were discussed in detail. There will be an upcoming meeting at the same location on September 21 to vote to raise the association dues to improve the entrances as well as plans for the new fence. 8/14/2006	Notices were mailed out for the upcoming meeting.
7/11/2006	A letter was mailed out today to update the results of the meeting request letter. As the letter explained, there were not enough responses from homeowners. Meeting was postponed.
7/2/2006	Meeting date selection letters were hand delivered to every address asking homeowners to select and RSVP one of two date options for the next homeowners meeting.
6/23/2006	There has been a letter mailed to everyone by an anonymous homeowner regarding Mr. and Mrs. Rice's fence replacement. This letter was not mailed by any of the Homeowners Association's board members and it has brought out a few unhappy homeowners with concerns about this type of mailer. It is encouraged to bring up issues such as this during meetings or contact any of the homeowners association board members using proper credentials so the matter can be resolved in a more courteous and efficient manner. Although many homeowners agree that Mr. and Mrs. Rice's fence expenditure was unnecessary and improperly handled, this issue was put to rest during the last homeowners meeting held on July 14, 2005.
